Eligible Cases for Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Item Sent: The item received is different from the item ordered.
- Damage During Shipping: The item arrives with visible damage. In such cases, claims may be processed in accordance with the shipping carrier’s compensation policy.
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos as proof.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
